Road Trip to Dartmouth College

Today I woke up at 7 in the morning I got ready and meet Jenny in the lobby 7:30 in the morning. Nomew walked to a café were I ordered bagel with egg and beacon with a pomegranate juice. As a group we walked to the car rental place, where we picked up a 12 person van. During most of the drive I was a sleep which is a great thing because I usually get car sick on long car rides. The view of the road was amazing, the trees were everywhere and there was lots of green healthy forest. We only made one stop that was about ten minutes long, where we had the chance to use the bathroom in Starbucks were Jenny ordered her third coffee of the morning.

Once we arrived to Hanover, New Hampshire around noon when went right to lunch called The Pine Restaurant where Dartmouth students joined us. I set near Katherine Bradly 19, Eloise Dietz 19 and Charles Park 22 years old. They all answered questions, from diversity to finance and even fraternity. They mention that the fraternity in the college and how they are opened to all the students. Over all they mentioned that everything is about 10 minute walk.

During the tour which felt long because the campus was so big. They talked a lot about the tradition, on being freshmen in college like running around the boned fire the number of times of their class is going to be, in was interesting learning about the language requirement where to graduate you have to have 3 credits of a language. On the tour she mentioned once you start school you identified by the year you will graduate.

After the tour a person talked to us about financing. The reality that college is expensive is real, however there is financing available from the school. Also if your family makes less than $100,000 a year your tuition is free.

Once we arrived in providence we went out to eat at a Korean restaurant for Youngsoo’s birthday. The food was delicious and the cake was raspberry.
